WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, there is a 14 days grace period once you receive the product to let us know that you wish to return it. Return the item by mailing it back to sender providing a tracking number within 30 days from shipping date in unused conditions including original package.

Any damage due to poor handling from the post office must be reported immediately upon arrival.

Right on the corner of 6th Ave and E St you will see the San Diego Jewelers Exchange building. We are located on the 4th floor, suites 417-418. This building is MUST VISIT, a true gem in the heart of San Diego.

Approximately 2-3 weeks for order processing, manufacturing and shipping. We make our jewelry in house and times can vary depending our demand and holidays.
